Construct Mobility Warehouse for Air National Guard - Tacoma, WA

The work performed under this contract consisted of demolition of an existing parking lot to allow for the construction of a 20,000 square foot mobility warehouse for Washington's Air National Guard. Some principal features of work included; demolition and proper disposal of materials from the existing parking lot prior to construction, site preparation for construction, location and planning of underground utilities, planning and installation of concrete slabs and footings, construction of the pre-engineered metal building, including doors and windows, and installation of interior systems, including painting systems, mechanical systems and electrical systems.
