Demolition and Abatement at Spokane International Airport
This demolition and abatement project involved a four story wooden structure at Spokane International Airport. After removing and disposing of lead based paint and asbestos, the structure was demolished, segregated and recycled selected wood and metal materials, and the site restored.
The scope of the work included: demolition of the four story wood structure; removal and disposal of all building debris; segregation of recyclable materials; asbestos and lead paint abatement and disposal; air monitoring during demolition activities; removal and capping of all underground utilities; removal and disposal of waste oil valves; temporary and permanent fencing; environmental site survey; and site restoration.
